Hits4Pay $30 cash out.

Last month I reached Hits4Pay $25 minimum cash out and actually passed it with over $30. In a few days it will be deposited in my Paypal account. I'll post screenshots once that happens.

Never heard of Hits4Pay? You receive $10 just for signing up (which is free and takes two minutes) and then they send out ads everyday which are worth 2 cents a click. It doesn't take long to reach cash out and the money is put straight into your Paypal account. Need more proof that Hits4Pay is legit? They have a 1-800 number too. (It can be found on their website.)

Check it out here.

Following through; Helping your referrals every step of the way.

You've found the best programs, you've recruited people and you say to yourself, "Now what?".

This is where it gets fun. You help your referrals. You pass on all the tips, tricks and methods that you use to get the most out of the program. When to log on for the most paid emails, how to get referrals, when to expect cash out, etc. Never, ever, leave them in the dust to figure it out on their own. Why? Because more often then not, they will get confused, frustrated and will leave the program.

What programs allow you to email your downline? Hits4Pay, Clixsense and Moola are the three that I'm aware of.

Making it all worth it: Gaining referrals.

Before reading this post, I suggest reading the previous two posts.
-------------------------------------------

This is my third lesson on making money online. In the previous two posts you've learned how to determine if a website is a scam and how to choose a maximum of seven websites to work with.

This post will be about how to gain referrals.

Gaining referrals is what makes internet programs worth it. You can legitimately say that other people make money for you. Nonetheless, it still takes a lot of time and hard work to get to that point, but once you figure out how to get large amounts of referrals it's pretty easy. There isn't any magic trick or secret program that gains you referrals, it all comes down to one thing: Persistence. If you work at it, they will come. There are, however, a few tips to make your life much easier in getting this done.

1. Start a blog or a website. Try to post everyday (I forget this sometimes) and make sure it's quality, not quantity. The key though, is to put your referral links through out your website. At the bottom of posts, on the sidebar, etc. As long as they're not too intrusive.
2. Promote your blog/website. Forums, email signatures, social networks, anywhere.
3. Flyer. Go to your local printer and have him print up 1,000 "flyers" (half sheets of paper) and hand them out at high traffic locations; A local college, shopping area, etc.
4. Make posters. You've seen them before; the posters with the website or phone number strips hanging at the bottom. They're easy to make and even easier to post up around town. Best of all it's extremely cheap, because one sheet of paper could have 20 tear off slips.
5. Join Bidvertiser. Okay, so this one is actually an internet "trick". Currently, they're doing an offer that gives you $20 worth of free adwords when you first sign up. With that $20 I managed to get 20 new referrals. Not bad for free money.
6. Submit your blog/website to search engines and ping it every time you post something new.
7. Ask people to link to your website. (Pretty much anything that will gain you traffic.)

Wow, this sounds like a lot of work! Yes, it is and unfortunately, the results won't be instantaneous. Give it a few weeks and then you'll start to see the referrals coming in.

Good luck and remember persistence, persistence, persistence.

Making Money through a program: The first steps.

Before reading this post, I suggest reading the previous post.
--------------------------------------
The first step to making money online is to select your programs. What you don't want to do is choose 20 websites; if you do, you'll find it time consuming and frustrating. Choose seven or less and stick with them. These should be websites with reachable pay outs and make sure they're not a scam. (See post below.)

Four suggestions are Hits4pay, ClixnCash, Moola and Clixsense. The rest is for you to choose.

Once you've found your seven (or less), bookmark them and stick them all in a folder in your bookmarks bar. Everyday, open up a new window and select all your bookmarks at once and stat earning! Some programs you'll reach pay out quickly (with in a day) and others it might take a month or two. (Clixncash you will reach pay out in a day, Clixsense a month and Hits4Pay two months. This is without referrals remember.) Earning is pretty slow, but once you get a $10 or $25 paycheck, it's always fun.

Tomorrow I will teach you how to gain referrals and actually make some dollars and not pennies. For fun, I've done some number crunching for you, shown below:

Estimated earnings from Hits4Pay, Moola, ClixnCash and Clixsense. Daily and without any referrals:
Hits4Pay: Eight cents
ClixnCash: Five cents
Clixsense: Seven cents
Moola*: Ten cents

Total: 30 cents a day.
Monthly: $9
*Moola can vary widely because it is a free gambling website. These numbers are based strictly on someone whom doesn't play the games, but just gains using the booster bar.

Average earnings of what I make from Hits4Pay, ClixnCash, Moola and Clixsense. Daily and with referrals:
Hits4Pay: $1.04. Number of referrals: 114
ClixnCash: Five cents. Number of referrals: 8
Clixsense: 15 cents. Number of referrals: A lot. (You get paid by signing people up, not their activity. I cashed out a big check already, so my referrals dropped.)
Moola*: 12 cents. Number of referrals: 22

Total: $1.25
Monthly: $37.50
*I don't play the games too often on Moola, but my referrals do.

As you can see, I don't make too much more than a person whom doesn't have any referrals, but, nonetheless, they help a lot in the end.

Tomorrow I will show you some tricks to gaining referrals.

How to determine if a website is a scam.

I haven't posted in over a few months, I plan on changing that today.

In the last year I have learned a lot about making money online. After months of dealing with scam programs, scrapping for referral, one by one, I've discovered one truth: You don't make very much money at all online.

But once you get the ball rolling, you can do pretty good. (Compared to nothing that is.)

This post will be featured on determining whether or not an online program is a scam.

Determining whether a PTC, PTR (Paid to Click/Paid to Read) or cash game website is a scam should be the first thing you should try to figure out when viewing a website.

1. Do a Google search for the website name or web address and put the word scam at the end of it. For example, if I was researching Clixsense, I would search for Clixsense Scam. (For the record, Clixsense is a paying website.)
2. What do the results show? Are there pages of forums or blogs complaining about the website? Lack of payment, random downtimes, poor support, etc? If you don't find any complaints, then chances are the website is either too new to judge yet (be careful of this) or they are paying and aren't a scam.

Other things to look for:
1. Extremely high click rates, sign up bonuses and pay outs. Anything over 5 cents a click is probably a scam.
2. A brand new website that has never been tested.
3. This is my own pet peeve, but if they don't use Paypal or check, then I don't trust them. Some people feel that this has no effect though.

To save you time, here's a list of websites that have paid me with out any trouble and have been around for a while:
1. Hits4Pay
2. Clixsense
3. ClixnCash
4. Moola
5. Blingo

What? Why is it so short? This will be explained in the next blog post...hang tight!

Third payment. Awesome.

At first, I was a little skeptical, but after receiving my third check I have complete confidence.

The perks:
-When you sign you get $10 free in your account.
-For every member you refer you receive 50% of their earnings. This is HUGE compared to Moola's 4%.
-For every member that your referral signs up (2nd downline tier) you also get 50%. Once again, HUGE compared to Moola's 3%.
-Pay outs done via Paypal. Get paid the day of cash out.
-They have an 800 number to call if you have any questions about your account that the FAQ doesn't cover.

The downsides:
-One cash out a month.
-The minimum is $25

At the very least, take a look at their website. If you think that $10 free is worth it to you, then be sure to sign up here.

The big five oh.

Hit the 50 referrals mark for Blingo. Congrats to me. Too bad the actual winning part has been lacking.

How to get the iPod Touch for 12% off.

I haven't posted for awhile and I'm not going to apologize. Okay, fine, I'm sorry.

Onward.

The new iPods are sweet. You can go online, install apps and most importantly give yourself another reason why you're way cooler than your friends. But, it's expensive and discount shopping turns up nothing. Even Apple's education hook up doesn't cover the new iPods. Bummer, right? I guess you'll have to drop the $300 bones on it just like everybody else. That is, until you read this...

There's a few websites out there that will pay you to make purchases through their affiliate programs. (Similar to CJ.com. Click for wiki info.) The website gets a cut of your purchase and then they pass on some of that change back to you. One such website is Moola.com.

Check it out:
1. Join/Log in to Moola.
2. Click "Booster Zone" located at the top of the page.
3. Proceed to "Booster Shopping Mall" located on the upper left side.
4. Scroll down to Buy.com
5. Find the iPod and purchase it.

Okay, I admit it. The booster says between 2%-8% which is between $6 and $24. That's not 10%...yet. Upon cash out though, there's an option that allows you to get $10 if you purchase with Google Check out. Do this and you can come away with $16-$34 back.

Want even more money? Use an awards credit card that gives a percentage back to you. (For example, the REI plastic will give you 1% of every purchase back in the form of a gift card.) 1% of $300 is $3, and if you really work your options you can come back with, at most, $37 off your iPod purchase. Which is a little more than 12% off!

Want more bargain shopping? Check out RetailMeNot.
